Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Trilogy Health Services is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join its Home Office team. This role is a flexible, hybrid position and reports to Senior Vice President of Sales.

Qualifications

An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving the growth of the company by working in close coordination with the outside sales team to target and penetrate specific markets. This role involves using market data to initiate cold calls to skilled nursing and senior living facilities. The primary objective is to effectively communicate the value and clinical benefits of Synchrony Health Services, building trust with potential customers, identifying qualified leads and communicating information and next steps to appropriate stakeholders. Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilize market data to identify and target skilled nursing and senior living facilities as potential clients.
  • Articulate and present the clinical benefits and advantages of all service lines
  • Develop strategies to build trust with potential customers and identify qualified leads
  • Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to transition qualified leads and ensure a seamless customer handover process.
  • Utilize PowerBI and other data resources to identify high opportunity leads and prioritize outreach efforts accordingly.
  • Understand key aspects of all business lines to develop tailored solutions
  • Complete routine sales activity reports, update the prospect pipeline status, and maintain effective communication with the sales and operations teams.
  • Gather information on referring office contacts, processes, etc., and meticulously document this information in Salesforce or other relevant systems.
  • Log all sales-related activities, leads, and new contacts accurately into Salesforce or other designated tracking systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all Company policies, procedures, rules, and standards, as well as with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards of conduct.
  • Meet new business development quotas as assigned to contribute to achieving overall sales goals.
  • Strive to meet and exceed expectations for excellence in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position.
  • Be prepared to undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the company as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associates/bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Long-Term Care Pharmacy or Housing Industry.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
  • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

 

Physical Requirements

            Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
