PCA Choice Pharmacy is the Indianapolis, IN division of PCA Pharmacy and is currently hiring for an IV Pharmacy Technician to work Rotating shifts. The work schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, 1st and 2nd shifts rotating, along with every other Saturday and Sunday.

PCA Indy Pharmacy is in search of Pharmacy Technician with IV Experence. May measure, mix, count out, label and record amounts and dosages of IV or highly regulated medications according to prescription orders following Long Term Care Pharmacy policies, regulations and procedures. Perform sanitation and maintenance of the I.V. cleanroom area. • Ensure and maintain a safe and clean work environment • Comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies. This position ensures that our customers are our first priority. Pay close attention to detail, meet daily deadlines, be a team player and work well with other departments. Work overtime when necessary. Be able to multi-task.
Candidates must be friendly and hard working individuals who work well independently and as part of a team. Previous IV experience is preferred. Pharmacy Technician Certification is required upon hire for this position. Good organizational skills, knowledge of prescription terminology, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment is required. Ability to work and communicate well with others to ensure the success of the company is a must.
