    Responsible for the public relations function. Provides marketing support for all PCA Pharmacy locations.
    Researches, coordinates and advises on new ideas and best practices to promote the Company’s mission, brands
    and goals.

    Duties and Responsibilities:


    1. Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
    2. Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
    3. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
    4. Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
    5. Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
    6. Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
    7. Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
    8. Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
    9. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
    10. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    11. Conducts market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
    12. Brainstorms and develops ideas for creative marketing campaigns
    13. Manages and coordinates responses to requests for information from the media. Alternate spokesperson may
      be designated but responses will be under the direction of VP of Business Development.
    14. Prepares communication outlines for designated pharmacy personnel to assist with appropriate responses to
      information requests from the media.
    15. Develops and manages the production of collaterals that promote the Company’s services, with an emphasis
      on service excellence.
    16. Coordinates a unified brand for all PCA locations.
    17. Manages Company web sites, assuring current and relevant presentation of information.
    18. Plans and directs development and communication of informational programs to promote and maintain
      favorable public and investor perceptions of the Company’s accomplishments and services.
    19. Coordinates productions of advertisements, flyers, and radio and television commercials with marketing and
      support personnel.
    20. Defines objectives, promotional policies and Company needs for the development of public relations
      strategies that will influence positive public opinion, image and promote Company services.
    21. Meets with management team on a regular basis to identify trends, key interests and/or concerns. Provides
      advice on business decisions, as requested.
    22. Negotiates and manages costs associated with advertising agencies, assuring the highest quality and most
      cost effective pricing for all services.
    23. Acts a positive role model in the communication of the company’s values in the community.
